Appartement correct à première vue, mais plusieurs problèmes majeurs gâchent totalement le séjour :•Circulation extrêmement bruyante sur le boulevard juste devant (axe principal). Le pire : une chambre télécom qui claque à chaque passage de voiture, jour et nuit. Impossible de se reposer fenêtres ouvertes.•Gros moteur de climatisation installé sur la terrasse, juste devant la chambre : bruit constant et chaleur dégagée, rendant la terrasse difficilement utilisable, surtout en soirée.•Travaux dans l’immeuble non signalés : découpe de carrelage, percement de murs dès 7h du matin, y compris le samedi.•Travaux également à l’arrière de la résidence : construction d’un immeuble avec engins de chantier et nuisances sonores supplémentaires.•Belle terrasse avec vue mer, mais peu agréable à utiliser à cause du bruit. Aucun store ni parasol, pas même un transat.•Manque global d’équipements et nuisances permanentes rapport qualité/prix très décevant.•Aucune information sur ces désagréments n’avait été donnée avant la réservation.
