Great house, spacious and close to beach, restaurants and shops. Powerful air conditioning which we really appreciated at the start of our stay as it was very hot! Fillippo was a great host, always responding quickly and providing lots of helpful advice.

Nicht zu empfehlen!

Die Küche war dreckig, die Töpfe haben geklebt. Der Kühlschlank war ebenfalls dreckig und zum Teil kaputt. Wir hatten kein heißes Wasser. Im Grill was noch die alte Asche vom Vorgänger. Der Vermieter war zwar sehr verständnisvoll, wollte die Wohnung auch gleich putzen lassen, was allerdings den ganzen Tag gebraucht hätte. Wir sind dann vorzeitig abgereist. Der Vermieter hat uns leider nur einen kleinen Teil erstattet plus Endreinigung verlangt!! Zudem hat er auch zu viel Kurtaxe berechnet. Wirklich schade. Nie wieder!

Soggiorno perfetto per tutti gli aspetti: abitazione, pulizia, comodità logistica, accoglienza, gestione e supporto. Un personale ringraziamento agli host per l'attenzione e la gentilezza. Casa e mare perfetti a meno di due passi, una comodità impagabile. Nel centro di Marina, poi, con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Grazie per questo periodo indimenticabile, torneremo a bussarvi appena possibile.

Gentilezza e cordialità!

Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. La casa è bella, pulita e dotata di ogni cosa necessaria. Posto auto privato e giardino con uno spazioso tavolo dove poter pranzare e cenare all'aperto. La nostra bimba ha dimenticato il suo inseparabile pupazzo della nanna ed in 2 giorni era di nuovo con noi, grazie a Filippo che ce lo ha spedito! ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATA!!!

Bellissima esperienza

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villetta per due settimane. La casa è molto bella, dotata di qualsiasi cosa necessaria. Bellissimo il giardino con uno spazioso tavolo dove poter pranzare/cenare all'aperto. Proprietari gentilissimi e veramente molto disponibili. Anche il nostro cagnolone ha apprezzato la vacanza!

The kindest hosts ever

Filippo and Guilia were the best hosts we ever had: they were able to manage our early check-in as we travelled by night and were immediately responding to any of our needs or questions and recommending places to visit or to eat. The house is located very conveniently; you can walk anywhere. Every day we started with the morning swim on a beach (3 mins walk), bought fresh bread on our way back, had a long breakfast and then went for a trip or walked to more secluded beaches on the outskirts of Marina di Grosseto. The house has everything you need.

al mare con ogni comfort

abbiamo trascorso una settimana nella villetta gelsomino accolti e seguiti con ogni attenzione possibile da Filippo e Giulia. La villetta è vicino al mare raggiungibile in qualche minuto a piedi. E' fornita di tutto (anche la biancheria per la casa se richiesto), pulita, spaziosa (su due livelli) e comoda. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo.
