Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit 7 Personen über den Jahreswechsel. Sehr gemütlich. Schöne Zimmer. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden ohne Aufpreis gestellt (die Betten waren schon bezogen). Eine tolle Ausstattung, die man in diesem Umfang selten findet. Und nicht zuletzt das größte Plus: Sehr herzliche und um die Gäste bemühte Vermieter. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Unterkunft war Haustierfreundlich.In der Küche hat nichts gefehlt.Es war alles sauber bei der Ankunft. Die Zimmer haben alle genügend Schränke für die Wäsche. Die Badezimmer sind groß und überall war genügend Toilettenpapier.Das Wohnzimmer hat zu gemütlichen Fernsehabenden eingeladen. Die Terrasse haben wir viel genutzt, da es einfach toll war draußen zu sitzen und den Sonnenaufgang wie Untergang zu beobachten. Die Umgebung ist top, so viele schöne ruhige Wege. Die Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen

Wunderschönes Haus mit viel Platz, aber leider wenig Sauberkeit

Das Haus liegt in einem schönen Neubaugebiet und ist sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern ausreichend Platz. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man für ein paar Tage Erholung braucht. Leider war das Haus nicht sauber und trotz Information und Bitte um Nachreinigung an die Vermieter, wurde lediglich der Backofen noch einmal ausgewischt und der Schimmel in der Abtropffläche der Spüle entfernt. Oberflächlich wurde geputzt, aber man durfte nicht unter Couch oder die Betten schauen. Die Dusche war ringsherum voll mit schwarzem Schimmel, die Küche klebte überall vor Fett, zur Begrüßung gab es restliche Kaffeeflecken und Marmeladenreste auf dem Esstisch und wirklich alle! Lichtschalter und Randleisten waren staubig. Das schlimmste war der Geruch im unteren Bad. Man konnte dieses nur mit offenem Fenster nutzen. Es stinkt extrem nach Abfluss. Sehr schade, dass die Reinigung im Objekt nicht ordentlich durchgeführt wird und der Vermieter auch kein Einsehen hatte. Im Gegenteil, ich wurde als überempfindlich dargestellt.
Der angeblich saubere Backofen, der nur Gebrauchsspuren aufweist.
Frisch geputzt vor Übergabe!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren über Silvester dort und hatten in dieser wirklich schönen und modernen Doppelhaushälfte einen schönen Urlaub. Die Nähe zu bekannten Orten wie Aurich, Emden, Papenburg oder Norddeich sind von Vorteil.

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung

Wirklich eine sehr schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung, eigentlich eine Doppelhaushälfte mit kleinem Garten, Carport und überdachter Terrasse in einem Neubaugebiet. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Tolles Haus

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen 1 Woche im Haus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war sauber, gut und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Terasse bietet viel Schutz vor Regen oder Wind und so konnten wir auch abends oft draußen sitzen. Immer wieder gern.

Super Haus in entspannter Umgebung.

Wir waren im Juni 21 schon einmal im Haus. Es hat uns so gut gefallen dass wir jetzt wieder gekommen sind. Meine Bewertung vom Juli 21 kann ich nur wiederholen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir hatten auch noch super Wetter die ganze Woche. Danke Hiltrud. Gruß Reiner

Schönes, großes und modernes Ferienhaus.

Gerne wieder! Super Erholsam in Ruhige Lage. Ausstattung und Mobiliar auf 6 Personen ausgelegt. Gute Anbindung an den Fernverkehr Richtung Aurich, Emden und Wilhelmshaven. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und ca 45min zu verschiedenen Orte an der Küste. Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 14 Tage da.

Familienaufenthalt

Wir waren als Familie vor Ort, um unsere in Ostfriesland lebende Familie zu besuchen und ein Familienfest mit einigen Tagen Urlaub zu verbinden. Das Haus ist wunderschön und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet . Leider konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters die geräumige Terrasse nicht entsprechend nutzen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man in kleinem Umfang vor Ort und für größere Einkäufe findet man in Wiesmoor oder Ostgroßefehn alles was man braucht. Man fühlt sich in dem Haus sofort wohl und es bietet eine gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge nach Leer, Bad Zwischenahn oder Emden und Aurich. Wenn man allerdings an die Küste möchte,ist die Fahrzeit schon recht lang. Wir können das Haus für einen ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Sauberes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben 2 schöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht, selbst bei Unwetter. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Gegend zu erkunden, aber schön ruhig gelegen um zu entspannen. Die überdachte Terrasse nutzten wir bei auch bei Regenwetter. Die vielen Zimmer boten genug Rückzugmöglichkeiten und das Wohnzimmer mit großen Fernseher bot Platz für alle. Der 2. Kühlschrank im Schuppen war eine gute Ergänzung. Der Dorfladen bot alles und das zu vernünftigen Preisen. Wünsche wurden umgehend vom Gastgeber erfüllt. Alles in allem war es ein erholsamer Urlaub. Fahrradurlaub 3 Ehepaare - 1 Woche top!

Inmitten Ostfrieslands ist das Haus der ideale Standort fürs Radfahren. Ziele wie Leer, Aurich, Bad Zwischenahn, Wiesmoor, Kanalfahrten Ems-Jade usw. waren gut erreichbar. Wir sind teils mitten durch Wälder, kleine Wege und kleine Orte gefahren. Das Radfahrnetz ist toll. Über die Radapp überhaupt kein Problem. Abends haben wir draussen unter der Überdachung gut verbringen können. Das Haus ist top sauber und ausgestattet, fast neu. Das Haus und die Umgebung zu unbedingt zu empfehlen. Wir waren 3 Ehepaare.
