Cap Pavilion

Experience St Lucia in this stunning 6-bedroom villa, sleeping from 2-11 people and one of the most picturesque homes in St Lucia, with vistas from sunrise to sunset.

The ideal villa for extended families, Cap Pavilion is also available for small gatherings for weddings, birthdays, family celebrations, filming, and content shoots.

Reservations are available on a self-catering basis, or we are happy to offer a provision procurement service, housekeeping and chef during your stay.
Very private, within a gated hilltop on Cap Estate, this home enjoys breathtaking 360-degree views that encompasses both the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Seas. For golf fans, the greens of both Cabot and Sandals championship golf courses are literally in front of you. For stargazers, the night sky illuminates.
Only minutes from Rodney Bay and a number of beaches – Smugglers Cove, Pigeon Point, Reduit and Cas en Bas (famous for its beach horseback rides and kite surfing), you could hardly be better located.

The five main bedroom suites (Sunrise, Sunset, Moonlight, Starlight and Eclipse) all feature a king size bed with Egyptian cotton linens for a pleasant night's sleep.
Sunrise and Moonlight can adjoin to provide an ideal family suite and with notice, Moonlight can be converted in to twins from a King.

Sunset, can also be converted to twins and has the single bedroom (Luna) adjoining it and make this another ideal family suite.

The master suite (Eclipse) enjoys an ensuite shower with floor to ceiling windows, (tinted for vanity) affording guests breathtaking views of the ocean across Anse Galet Bay and doors opening to a private patio and gardens on 3 sides.
All rooms open to a wraparound balcony, delivering sensation views of the island, the oceans, sunrise, sunset and the stars.

This beautiful villa was inspired by Oliver Messel's Caribbean designs and constructed in an open architectural style around a central courtyard with covered walkways and coral rendered arches.

On a clear day you can wave to Martinique to the North, whilst looking South you can see all the way down to the Gros Piton.

The pool deck has been extended to accommodate full house occupancy with room to spare. Surrounded by native tropical habitat it offers privacy and with a covered grill, it makes an amazing social / party area. From the pool area, enjoy a short stroll through the villa’s nature trail, look for the cherry and plum trees and listen out for the ospreys too.

Recently modernised to a very high standard, room amenities include AC, ceiling fans, black out blinds, Wifi Porter for quick access in all rooms. Smart TV's mean you can login to all on demand providers such as Netflix, Prime, Paramount, Disney +, YouTube etc and each King bedroom enjoys, a personal safe and hair dryer, luxury toiletries, towels and waffle robes.

A compact fitness room doubles as a day spa with massage, if a little pampering is called for, and we can assist with booking a visiting service.

Modernisation has also been sympathetic to the ecological challenges the world faces, ensuring the villa is sustainable with 100% power solar generated on the estate, plus, rainwater harvest, some 4000 gallons for irrigation and non-consumption use.

A large modern kitchen is well appointed and has a breakfast bar and patio with views across the Atlantic, whilst it opens up to the large open plan dining room with views across the Caribbean, perfect for a formal dining occasion.
The kitchen has all utensils and crockery, an American Fridge-freezer dispenses both ice and double purified (UV and charcoal) drinking water, plus an air fryer, a blender, coffee machine and dishwasher.

The drawing room is now used for functions and features an amazing, early Grand Piano, dating back to approximately 1845! Yes,180 years old. The wing nods to tradition with Jalousie doors on all sides and opens to a South facing patio for outside dining and sunset or, can be utilised as an open-air home cinema / game time area with a projector beaming on to a 100” screen.

We will be delighted to assist with booking excursions by sea to the South of the island to take in the Pitons, the islands volcano, sulphur mud baths, waterfalls and cocoa plantations. Whilst the scuba, snorkelling and sunset cruises are something to behold.

Whether you spend your days by the pool, venture to the beach or the golf course, a stay at our welcoming villa will leave you rejuvenated.

Beautiful villa, amazing views

On a 5-day family trip to Saint Lucia, we decided to split the nights between the north and south of the island. In the south we didn’t fare so well but staying at Cap Pavilion more than made up for it. It’s about as far north as you can go on the island, maybe 10 minutes past Rodney Bay. You can see Martinique and the views are (as advertised) incredible. Sunset does take your breath away, although we didn’t see the fabled green flash. The owner/host, David, communicated with us well in advance with easy directions for our driver and we were met upon arrival and treated to a tour of the villa and grounds. All the rooms are equally well appointed, and all have doors to a wraparound terrace. Fresh sea air makes such a change to city smog. We came to realise that we were among the first guests to the villa, because it has recently been renovated and made available for rental. It has been very well done. Like 5-star hotel standard done! Whilst we were self-catering, the host very kindly secured some fresh local produce and other provisions for us before our arrival – again, amazing customer service. On Friday, we hopped a taxi to the Gros Islet Street party and on Saturday we spent the day on the beach, both are close. We also liked that the villa has adopted solar power and rainwater collection. Thankfully we only had blue skies, but kudos David. We will return for sure.
