Admirals Quay#9 Rodney Bay

The view into the harbour from the covered patio is truly lovely and relaxing, and the layout of the VRBO very good, with the extra full bathroom and two piece washroom helpful. It’s a short walk to many restaurants and shops and the beach is just a short walk down and across the street. The pool, while small is very quiet and nice. It’s a short walk to many restaurants, a large grocery store, and liquor store.The exterior of the condo development (which is gated) is well maintained and landscaped, and the double sets of doors in the condo fully open onto the patio allowing for a marvellous through breeze. The interior of the unit, however, is tired and could use a refresh. - [ ] Verbal instructions for water heaters and pump operation were cursory and I would suggest written and posted instructions to assist with compliance, as well as instructions on the key operation for the patio doors - [ ] Bedside lamp in main bedroom furthest from the window has no turn on switch, and the turn on switch on the lamp closest to the window has an electrical tie off instead of a switch - [ ] Some of the dishes in the cupboard and many of the glasses in the cupboard below weren’t clean - [ ] The cutlery drawer needs the knob redone - [ ] The cushions on the sofa are very thin and uncomfortable - [ ] There are plastic cups but it would be useful to have a few plastic plates in order to safely bring food outside - [ ] The floors are quite dirty and the corners w
