Upstairs two bedrooms separated by a bathroom (shower and sink) Right a large bedroom with a bed of 180. To the left a very large open room with 2 single beds in an alcove. The staircase to the first floor is secured with a fence for children

Defauts d’indications pour trouver la maison(important ) installation electrique peu sécurisée, etancheite des fenetres à revoir à l’etage (courants d’air au dessus des lits ) plancher qui grince bcp,genant la nuit,et jardin serait plus acceuillant si entretenu . Pour nous le rapport qualite /prix n’y est pas . Bonne localisation et bien équipé.

Ein charmantes altes Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem nötigen. Den wunderschönen Badestrand erreicht man über kleine Fußwege in 10 Minuten. Das Haus und der kleine versteckte Garten mit Grill sind gemütlich, man merkt, dass es mit Liebe über längere Zeit eingerichtet und genutzt wurde. Einige Geräte sind nicht mehr ganz neu (Spülmaschine) und manches ist etwas abgenutzt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es empfehlen!

Groix: tour et détours

Nous avons bénéficié de la fraîcheur à Groix pour en faire le tour à pied. Beaux paysages, gros plans sur les oiseaux et baignade nous ont ravi. Nous recommandons Le Bateau Ivre de Locmaria et le chauffeur jovial de la navette.

La maison est mignonne et bien située. Elle est équipée du nécessaire même si certains appareils sont un peu vieillissants (cafetière électrique notamment)La météo -capricieuse pendant notre séjour - nous a permis de constater le manque d'isolation (le souffle du vent se fait sentir à l'étage). Par grand beau temps, ce point n'est certainement pas un problème !

petite jolie maison mais un peu sombre

4 jours magnifiques à la découverte de Groix à vélo (très pratique car le loueur s'occupe de vos bagages très facilement et très aimablement chez Coconuts sur le port). Pour la location de la maison, un peu contrariés que ni les draps ni les serviettes soient intégrés dans le prix (alors qu'on arrive avec des petits sacs car la voiture reste sur le continent)! Sinon accueil sympathique par Agnès

Nous avons été accueilli avec convivialité à Kerohet. La petite maison a conservé son authenticité. Son emplacement est idéal pour profiter des nombreuses randonnées ou de la pêche. Le petit jardin à l'arrière de la maison est parfait pour prendre les repas ou simplement se reposer.

La maison aurait besoin de travaux d'isolation et d'actualisation du matériel de cuisine (gazinière, micro-ondes, etc. tout est vieux même si cela fonctionne encore). Le premier étage est mansardé et des passages d'air importants ont lieu dans les chambres juste au-dessus des lits. Le sol à l'étage est en vieux parquet qui craque dès que l'on marche et la chambre est séparée par une cloison en bois. Ce qui fait que dès que quelqu'un se déplace, le bruit est important, et que du point de vue intimité, c'est inopérant. Il n'y a pas de wifi. La façade de la maison est en bordure de route et le jardin est très petit. En haute saison touristique, cela peut gêner les locataires. La dame en charge du ménage est très agréable et serviable. Aucun problème d'accueil et de conseil. Maison difficile à nettoyer car les murs n'ont pas de joints.
