Het huisje is wel erg klein. Zeker de woonkamer/keuken. We hadden de hond mee maar daar was nauwelijks plaats voor. Ook niet erg privé. Vlak naast het huis van beheerder. Er werd vaak langs ons huisje gelopen. Bed en douche prima. En we hebben ook genoten van de prachtige omgeving.

Die Lage ist bestens! Leider hat das Haus ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem! Das hat sich unter anderem im Geruch im gesamten Haus bemerkbar gemacht. Der Schrank im Schlafzimmer war deshalb nicht nutzbar. Lüften ist ein Mittel um zu dem begegnen. Leider war aber an keinem der Fenster ein Insektenschutz vorhanden. Dadurch waren sehr viele Mücken im Haus. Zusätzlich war durch unser notwendiges Lüften die Wohlfühltemperatur nicht vorhanden, da es keine Heizung gab. Wir würden das nicht weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren mit Hund für zwei Wochen in dem gemütlichen, kleinen Häuschen mit Garten (allerdings nicht eingezäunt) zu Gast. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, der kleine Ort Groet ist wirklich sehr schön und nicht weit vom herrlichen Meer und den weiten Dünen entfernt. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants in Groet und auch im schönen Schoorl. Empfehlenswert ist es, ein Fahrrad mitzunehmen oder auch vor Ort zu mieten, um die großartigen Dünen zu erkunden! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Super Lage direkt am Dünengebiet, toll für Hundebesitzer.

Das kleine Häuschen gefiel mir sehr gut. Es war für mich und meinen Hund ausreichend Platz. Alles sauber und funktional ausgestattet. Die Lage direkt am Dünengebiet war unschlagbar. Es waren tolle Wanderungen möglich und auch am Strand war man fix. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Wir hatten mit unseren 2 kleinen Hunden einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Groet. Das Haus ist zwar wirklich klein, hatte aber aber alles was wir brauchen ! Es liegt im Garten hinter dem Haus des Eigentümers.Direkt vom Haus ab gibt es vielfältige Wander und Radwege. Auch der Strand ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Ein Spar in 300 m Entfernung, ebenso einige Restaurants.Der Vermieter ist präsent aber diskret! Der Garten ist niicht eingezäunt, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat.Wir kommen gerne wieder

We hebben 'n super verblijf gehad. Leuk klein huisje, voldoende voor 2 personen, schoon en vanalles aan wezig. Voldoende eet gelegenheid in de buurt en strand en schoorlse duinen vlak bij.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Das Haus war zweckmäßig obwohl ein paar Dinge in der Küche aufgefüllt werden könnten. Weingläser, kleine Schüssel oder auch eine mit Deckel wären schön gewesen. Wir haben uns noch Putzmittel für WC / Bad gekauft ebenso 2 Lappen. Für Hundehalter, kein eingezäuntes Grundstück ! Dennoch Preisleistung TOP das ist auch nur ein Verbesserungsvorschlag für den Vermieter und vielleicht ein paar Informationen für die Mieter. Tolle Gegend und auch sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Fazit wir kommen gerne wieder.
