I would recommend this hotel in Grimma. The hotel is outside of the city in a quiet area nearby a river. You can enjoy a lot activities there. The restaurant was amazing. Nice brekfrast. My overall rating 10.

Mini Banff Spring hotel

Excellent setting. Great food. Good service. Wonderful set of nice trails. Get to heat cuckoo birds and bullfrogs whole walking along Mulde river.

Park like resort feel

Located in park like setting with nearby river with fishing and lots of wildlife. Extensive trails fir bikes or walking with art pieces and rest stops. Feels like high end resort in a family run hotel. Rooms are clean and simple as seem the norm for European hotels. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Definitely going back when I get the chance.

Nett für maximal ein Wochenende

Das Zimmer war sauber und warm, Balkon schön und auch die Aussicht. Jedoch war im ersten Stock die Küche unterhalb zu hören, geht man nach 22.00 Uhr ins Bett ist es leise. Die Gerüche der Küche dringen in den ersten Stock. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht, obwohl hierzu kein Hinweis kam und wir hatten das Schild dementsprechend auch nicht herausgehangen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Die Betten, kleine Einzelbetten, waren hart. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist dies Zimmer nicht geeignet. Der Badezimmerspiegel und das Licht eine Katastrophe - viel zu dunkel für Gesichtspflege.
