This stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa (150 m²), accommodating up to 8 guests, features a private pool on a 2,000 m² plot. Located in the private "Beauvallon" estate in Grimaud, on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, the estate offers a private beach with sun loungers, a restaurant, volleyball court, 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, and more.

Within the 10-hectare private estate, exclusive to residents:
Supervised 25 x 12 m pool, 5 x 5 m children's pool, private beach with loungers and umbrellas, restaurant and bar, security guard and gated entry, ping-pong tables, volleyball court.
