The house has air conditioning in the living room and all the bedrooms.

A holiday insurance is requested, as well as a security deposit of €1500 to be made via our French partner SWIKLY (a bank imprint with no fees or impact on your credit limit, automatically released 20 days after departure unless damage is found).
