This beautiful house, with a living area of approximately 150m², opens onto a large living space: a fully equipped American kitchen open to the living room with a TV, and a dining room bathed in light in its lovely conservatory.
A wood-burning stove enhances the cooler days.
A utility room with a pantry, and an independent toilet.
On the first floor:
- A 1st bedroom with a 160cm bed and large wardrobes opening onto a 20m² terrace/pergola
- A 2nd bedroom with a 140cm bed
- A 3rd bedroom with a single 90cm bed
- A bathroom with a toilet
On the second floor:
- A 4th bedroom under the roof with a 140cm bed
On the outside, a fully enclosed garden with no overlooking neighbours. A beautiful swimming pool measuring 6m x 3m and 1.30m to 1.60m deep, secured by a fence. At your disposal, an electric barbecue.
