We on the first floor and only stopped to get some sleep and all night long it was so noisy . At one point my husband jumped up out of a dead sleep and yelled who is there . Bc he thought they were in our room . I was awake bc I never needed up getting rest bc of lol the noise .

Checked in a day early for a training course I'm taking. Dirty, run down and i don't feel safe here. While checking out, I mentioned that not all the lights don't workin the room.. Checked out only to check back in the same afternoon under the company name. Received the same room. Lights still dont work and can hear people yelling. Cops have to drive by all the time because of how unsafe it is here.

The front desk lady could’ve been a little more nicer and helpful! She had an attitude from the time I walked through the door the whole time of our stay up until it was time for check out time. Check out she had the nerve to ask how was the stay lol dirty and unsafe. There was a party in the parking lot both nights!! We are a female couple and probably the only ones with children in the whole hotel 2 Men kept followings us every time they seen us even when we had our 3 young daughters. This isn’t a place for families with children, nor women traveling alone… The smallest indoor swimming pool area and pool. The breakfast was horrible, the cereal containers needed a cleaning look like they haven’t been washed out in years. They have so much old dirty residue.

The Lady that check us in was great. But then the rest was horrible. Here are the specific issues we encountered: 1. Unclean Common Areas: The carpeted stairs were extremely dirty and gave a terrible first impression upon arrival. 2. AC Not Working: When we entered our room, the air conditioning was not working. I called the front desk, and Toni said someone would come right up. Twenty minutes later, a man arrived in street clothes and flip-flops, reached into our room to open the safety latch, then went to the next room and acted as if he personally knew the occupants. When he returned to our room, he made a few adjustments and told us we had to keep the AC at 64 degrees—even though it was only 71 degrees outside. He was dismissive and rude to my husband and, on his way out, turned our room light off without saying anything. 3. Overwhelming Odor and Slippery Floors: The room had a strong, overwhelming odor of cleaning chemicals. The floor was slippery, which felt unsafe. 4. Our experience was uncomfortable, unclean, and far below what was promised when we booked this room. Due to the number of issues—many of which were health and safety concerns

Paint in rooms was done by amateurs. Some carpet needs replacing. Curtains need maintenance. I would not stay in Rooms 122, 123, 222, 223, 322, or 323 unless you want to hear a loud party until 12:30 pm just outside the front windows. Smokers were all lit up right in front of the main entrance. Staff did not return my texts. Lots of overnight, continuous noise in the hallway outside the guest laundry room on the 3rd floor.

Overall, my stay was okay. My room was decent. The property needs some renovations done to the inside and outside. People were hanging outside of the hotel all day and night long. I felt like I was in the “hood” of McDonough even though there were no issues. Also, the hotel staff was not very accommodating at all as far as an early check in and late checkout. They were very strict on both and said NO. The breakfast wasn’t the best either when it came to options.
