Have had better stays

Definitely not one of the better stays I’ve had at this hotel. For an extended stay, I couldn’t seem to get a fresh set of bed linens to save my life and that was with following the hotel’s protocol of requesting housekeeping services. And when housekeeping finally came to service the room, they still didn't replace the bed linens. By the time it was offered by hotel staff to make it right, it was close to completing my stay and therefore pointless. Additionally, the bathroom sink was problematic — broken stopper that has to be propped open to allow water to drain. Finally, it was quite noisy throughout the night with other guests slamming doors, etc. I was rather disappointed during this stay because this hotel was always my top choice. A top-notch experience, as I’ve grown to know, was not experienced during this stay.
