The room had a continuous musty/mildew odor, had to buy a glade plug-in, which still didn't help. The window curtains had mold on them near the air conditioner. The bathroom shower curtain had not be changed, the toilet had not been cleaned and it had a permanent ring inside the toilet bowl. There was no shower bar to hold on to for my mother-in-law, she needed something to hold onto to prevent falling and a grip pad for shower floor to prevent slipping. The hook was broken of the bathroom door, therefore we couldn't hang anything up on the door while showering. Nevertheless, the front desk clerk J and Ann were amazingly helpful. Please address issuses in room 310 before renting again.

The staff at the Comfort Inn & Suites were very professional and courteous, which I truly appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the room could be improved. There appeared to be a stain that resembled blood on the curtains, and the bathroom sink did not seem to be thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Additionally, the carpet would benefit from a deep cleaning rather than just vacuuming. The breakfast selection was good overall, but the bacon served did not taste like real bacon. Offering real bacon would definitely improve the breakfast experience.

No options for milk, only 2 percent. Boiled Eggs were very hard to get to. Gym was too hot. No water or sanitizer. One treadmill didn’t work. Drink machine usually sold out and no sign for price. Had to ask for fresh towels everyday of our 4 day stay and had to put garbage outside with no new liners provided. Comforter had hole in it. Bathtub didn’t have a stopper. Door was extremely hard to open, especially for senior citizen. Refrigerator didn’t get very cold. Empty whiskey bottle behind bed which we did not touch or remove! Quiet. Staff was friendly except receptionist.
