The chair in the room was very beat up. I would not sit on it. The bed was poorly made. The surfaces had not been wiped down well and lastly, there was feces in the toilet.

We were traveling for sports and our team picked this hotel because of the location, pool and breakfast. I tried to sign up for the rewards program when I checked in, but the front desk said they were unable to help at that time. When we got up to our room, our carpets looked like somebody had walked through with wet feet. They were dark and soiled. After speaking with other teammates, this seemed pretty common throughout the hotel. Another teammate was told that they weren’t able to switch rooms because they were pretty much sold out.The pool was clean and the kids had a good time swimming. It was very cold! Breakfast had the potential to be awesome and we really looked forward to the advertised cinnamon rolls. Breakfast went until 10 in the morning and by 815 they were out of a lot of the breakfast food. Staff informed us that they were “cleaned out early!“ And there was no intention of making More. Several disappointed kids (and parents) resulting in us having to go out to breakfast and spend a lot more money. It would have been understandable if we arrived 15 minutes prior to it closing. One of the perks of traveling is being able to sleep in and not have to worry about making breakfast if you pick the right hotel. We didn’t get to sleep in and we missed out on a good breakfast. Overall, it served its purpose for housing the team, but Not likely to stay again.

Very dirty Smells are nauseating

Horrible, staff was clueless, adjoining rooms were 6 rooms away, called prior to confirm and that apparently doesn't make a different, many stains on carpet in bedroom, pullout had no sheets, blankets. Smells and odor of must, dirt and mold was horrible. Manager doesn't care at all they do is leave some AI dumb ignorant excuses below. Will definitely not stay here again!

Decent hotel - no hot tub

It was good. Apparently there were a few events going on in town as the cost was higher than expected- no hot tub here - we thought we had a couch and we did not so we were charged for a rollaway.

It was an average hotel. Our initial room smelled like weed, but we were immediately given a better room a few doors down so we were grateful. The man responsible for the buffet breakfast was fantastic. He was friendly, helpful and eager to ensure we had everything available to us. It was great to see someone take such pride in the work he does. I wish I had noted his name to recognize him personally here. Thank you.

Dirty/Stained/Broken Down hotel

The furniture was unbelievably stained. Carpets was stain and gross. Huge cracks in the bathroom around the sink. Tile was broken. I pulled the sheets back and there was human at clearly Cat or Dog hair all over the sheets. I was one of those places that you didn’t want to leave your bags on the ground because it was that gross. I stayed in the suite because I had my family. After getting into the room I felt terrible that this is where my family was going to sleep. Gross Gross Gross
