Very nice property some of the lobby furniture is worn completely out. Chairs in front of the fireplace are broken completely down and soiled. They need replaced asap there’s no way I would sit in them regardless of the beautiful fireplace. Staff was sooo helpful and kind!!! The breakfast staff was amazing so friendly. The rooms are dated but very clean. Would stay again. Please evaluate your lobby furniture it needs immediate attention.

A little warm and no free ride

I have two items that affected the quality of my stay. First, there was a note taped to the thermostat stating that if the room did not cool to turn the thermostat off and contact the front desk to have maintenance come and check on the issue. Due to my stay being short, I chose not to involve maintenance, but did want to leave a note that during my stay in room 605, the room did not cool down even with both sets of shades closed and both the bathroom and suite doors closed. Second, one of the primary reasons I booked this hotel was that it offered a shuttle to the airport, however, I did not find out until after all my travel was booked, that the shuttle only runs during specific hours, and the time I needed to be at the airport by was too early (5:30am for a 7:30am flight) so I had to book myself an Uber. I believe the shuttle hours should be available to consumers prior to booking to help others not encounter the same issue. Overall these were a mild nuisance and the rest of my stay was enjoyable.

Always a great stay. It was extremely crowded this time due to an event but was still very good. Great breakfast bar! Might be time for a bedding upgrade.

Not the best embassy suites

It needs updating. The room was okay clean I guess but dated. The lobby workers looked like they were hired in off the streets. One of the workers yelled at somones kids for touching a balloon and then the mom got into it with him. It’s definitely not as nice as the other embassy suites I’ve been to. This one felt more rundown in quality and service than every other one I’ve been to. The pool area was okay but not super clean, and we got fussed at for being in the pool with my kid after ten because apparently that’s adult only swim even though there was no one else at the pool.
