I really enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites Montgomery! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be staying here again on future visits!

It was a pretty area of Montgomery AL. It was a bit desolate with some homeless people pan handling. The hotel lobby was beautiful. The room was dingy, a bit dirty and in need of maintenance. Parking was initially available. I left for an hour and there was none. Security tried to find some. Ended up parking at a city lot. I was not reimbursed. Overall just a disappointing experience.

There wasn’t a remote control in the bedroom but the staff got it to really fast. The didn’t specify that there was limited private parking before Paying the extra for it. Bit they did not charge for it every thing else was great. I would stay there again.

The check in desk staff was amazing from am to pm shifts. The down stairs ambience was good. The mirrors of the elevators were dirty! The design was different z but the rooms are really outdated and the beds are horrible. I have visited Embassy suites Hoover and it was much better. I won’t visit this location again. Major upgrades are needed.

The room was not cleaned thoroughly. I was in a very old hotel and room. We got in very late that night and dealt with it since the hotel was fully booked. Also we had handicap shower which I did not request and the water leaked into the bathroom floor

Easily one of the prettier hotels we have stayed at!! I love its open lay out so we are not walking through closed long alleys.. it’s refreshing and laudable how they have embraced an open layout.. The rooms are very spacious, clean.. It’s centrally located with the Rosa Parks museum, Legacy museum and Food district in walking distance as is the Riverfront and boating experience...Please, Please.. these museums are absolute must sees!!! The Maxwell Airforce base is literally 5 minutes from the hotel.. The staff were one of the kindest and welcoming crew we have met. They serve a lovely breakfast and also have an Evening Reception!!! Montgomery is a diamond in the rough and as the birthplace of the Civil Rights movement, it should be be on everyone’s map!
