Even though an employee from earlier in the day used my information to check-in a different guest who had a different name than mine, the more attentive employee who checked me in was able to switch out our information and get it fixed. I even was given a complimentary room upgrade. Thank God she was there because she couldn't reach the manager who was on call. She problem solved the issue fairly quickly.

The property was nice, however the furniture was well worn, and my fireplace didn’t work. They haven’t bothered to compensate the difference.
It looks like an animal used the sofa as a scratch post
