Stayed here with my husband and 2 young kids. Parking on the property is not free but there were lots of street parking around the hotel which we utilized. House keeping was not great, we had to ask for our room to be cleaned multiple times before it was done. Overall the staff were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely book here again.

NIce Stay

This was the first Hyatt we had stayed at in quite a while. The location was great, it was nice having parking as well. The hotel was very nice, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was MEH at best. It was not very good and it was not just me as many people were throwing theirs away. They definitely need to update that. The pots were so hot I burnt my hand trying to take the lid off. The large bowls of yogurt and fruit should be replaced with individual servings. Not a deal breaker, but definitely worth noting. The staff was very friendly. Also we had the option of checking in early but we did not realize there was a $25 charge until after we did it.

Downtown Greensboro Hyatt

Hotel appears to be fairly new and was in excellent condition. Downtown location is great as it is across the street from the baseball stadium. You can watch a game from the pool area. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good (included some hot items).

Thermostat was not working. It was close to 90 degrees in my room. Finally, at 230 AM I went downstairs. Thankfully the woman helped me out. But to not address it or just to expect to pay full price for a room that is not fully functional is insane.

Terrible time checking in. Booked room online for my workers. Check-in person gave my employees a hard time checking in with my credit card that I gave them.
