I was very disappointed with my stay at Hyatt Place Greensboro. The staff came across as rude and unhelpful, which immediately set a negative tone. I paid a high nightly rate only to be placed in a room directly next to a noisy ice machine, making it difficult to sleep. On top of that, I was charged to park on site, which felt excessive given the overall experience. The rooms are outdated and not nearly as nice as expected for the price point. I booked this stay through Expedia, and that only made the situation worse. When I reached out for help, neither the hotel nor Expedia was willing to offer a reasonable resolution. Expedia’s customer service was subpar and unhelpful, and getting assistance felt nearly impossible. If something goes wrong with your stay, do not expect meaningful support. This was not a good value, not a pleasant experience, and not what I expect from a Hyatt property. I would not recommend this hotel, and I strongly suggest booking elsewhere—and avoiding Expedia altogether—if you want reliable customer service.

This is the perfect hotel for traveling with your pet. The area is walkable and safe. There is also a nice pet relief area right outside the front entrance. There were other pets there and you would never know that they are there. It’s a very quiet and clean hotel.
