Outdoor pool was closed, which was not a problem. Too cold this time of year. However, they had also taken all the seating away around the pool leaving nowhere to sit outside except a bench for smokers. It was beautiful fall weather but we were stuck inside.

Staff is very rude, kicked us out of our room even though we requested and paid for late checkout due to having a newborn that needed to nap before leaving. Said she never received the request, obviously they had because they charged us for it.
