Features include an office/lounge flex space, vaulted ceilings, smart TV, usable garage, and quick access to PTI Airport, downtown Greensboro, High Point, and more.

Sleeping Arrangements
- Primary bedroom: Queen bed
- Second bedroom: Twin daybed with additional twin trundle
- Living room: Two full-size pull-out couches
