I did not eat breakfast. I had an early morning flight that ended up being canceled. The front desk attendant was very friendly upon check in and check out. I woukd stay again if needed.

I did not get to stay but was charged. I came to Greensboro for work, I got off work at 730am. I arrived at the front desk at 8am. There was a large lady with a hijab on eating a bacon sandwich. I should have known something wasn’t right. She approached me at the desk and stated the hotel had empty rooms but since I arrived before 12 I had to pay $50 extra to check in. I never saw this rule on website or had an issue like this with Clarion. I declined and let her get back to her breakfast, I obviously mad her mad by disturbing her. I went across the street to Hampton told them what happened and they gave me a discount to stay with them. I hate a rude person. I have also stayed at 4 point, Clarion gave bad atmosphere and bad vibes.

The front desk employee did not welcome There was a fight outside the hotel in the parking lot. No security no police seen. No hair conditioner. The room above us a lot noisy can’t sleep good. No sink in the bathroom.

very uncomfortable room. checked in very and got assigned to a room where i can hear everything from outside. the heater was so loud and sound like broken engine. even though morning front desk staffs were helpful but the person checked us in at night was rude.
