Relax with the whole family at this private but conveniently-located home.
Walk down a dirt lane to your own private beach on Caspian Lake.
Eat veggies from the garden and apples from the trees.
Enjoy the flowerbeds, and take a walk through the woods on marked trails.
In summer, hear beautiful hermit thrush song all day.
The house is well-equipped and comfortable, with fast Starlink internet and a nice TV.

The kitchen, dining room, living room w/ fireplace, library, laundry, master bedroom and bath are on the main floor.

On the lower level are two more bedrooms, an office/bedroom, and another bathroom with a tub & shower.
