I loved the vintage vibe, the private beach!!, the great customer service (Charlotte, David, Melissa), clean rooms with the best water pressure on a shower/immediate hot water, cute back patio area, attentive housekeeping, on-site dining options, bikes, and proximity to town & other sites. Loved it!!

Keifer at the front desk was wonderful. She walked us to our shack and gave us all the info we needed. And when we locked ourselves out at 10 pm, she let us back in with a smile. She was wonderful!

Lovely, cute retro property, very conveniently located. I did not get to try the restaurants, alas, which looked very good. I felt the regular rooms could use better sound-proofing, would likely opt for a cabin if I stayed again, and the fans were loud when they came on. The patio option was less special than I had hoped, as it looks over parking area. The regular front porch was fine, with nice view of water.

I found the Silver Sands facility an attractive place. The bungalow where we stayed was very well decorated. Room service was A+. The weather was not the best one but we managed to enjoy ourselves. My only suggestion is to make pathways in concrete so that it is easier to move the luggage from the car to the assigned bungalow.

Beautiful, peaceful, lifetime of memories

Beautiful and peaceful place. Everything was clean and new. The restaurant staff and front desk staff were very friendly. Not sure if they were the owners or the manager, but they were not friendly, actually had a condescending attitude, and made us feel like we were bothering her when we were buying their $80 hoodies. Other than that one person who was asked to help us with the hoodies, everything was perfect and beautiful. Even the food was great! The staff at the restaurant was excellent. I would love to make lifetime of memories here.

Our room was very comfortable with an interesting choice of decor. The staff was very congenial and helpful, and you could feel the pride that they have in their facility. Breakfast in the diner was also delicious and fresh. The only problem that we had is that although there were many viewing options on the TV, we could not find our favorite channels on live TV. Could be that we’re just not as tech savvy as we thought.

Our stay at the Silver Sands Motel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered stunning views that added to the serene vibe. The location is perfect for a relaxing getaway—quiet, yet close enough to local attractions. We spent our day soaking up the tranquility and truly felt recharged by the end of our visit. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back for another beautiful and restful stay at Silver Sands Motel!
