Unfortunately, Non Smoking King Suite had a funky odor to the room and by far the must uncomfortable bed pillows I've ever experienced. Our 2 night stay was not Great.

Parking Lot is a little far away (300 yards) and the cops will issue tickets for parking in the wrong spot. The Hotel does give you a voucher for the parking garage though. The breakfast was fantastic much nicer that any hotel I've gotten breakfast at, except in Europe. Clean room, nice staff.

Great location and very historic. Only downside was it was noisy due to being on a Main Street but that’s to be expected. A/C didn’t work but it’s NH so it was tolerable. Amazing staff and a very clean and unique room. Will definitely stay again.

We've stayed at this hotel before and have always enjoyed it. This time we were given an upgrade which was particularly nice. The breakfasts are very good. The people at the desk are always very kind and helpful and the location is wonderful. My quibble (and it's a small one) is that there is no pad and pen or pencil by the telephone. Nor are there the little goodies like hand lotion that one half expects.

We rented a 2 floor suite and the ac didn’t work at all on the second floor. We asked them to fix it twice. They didn’t. They refused to move us to another room. They said ‘well, it’s an old building.’ A total disappointment for the price we paid. Nice neighborhood, free breakfast was good, Free parking.

Second time to stay here and unfortunately second time was not as good as first trip two years ago. Bed was hard, elevator was out on last day. It was convenient to our business but we may consider other options next time.

Comfortable, friendly & accessible stay

The employees were friendly, the bed was comfortable, the food was nice (the access to 24/7 coffee/tea/cocoa was sweet), and the location was perfect. The building is quite old, of course, the floors a little uneven, etc., and with its age came some issues with the a/c & heat (the fan had to run 24/7 and left us with dry throats in the am). We had a very prompt response with the friendly maintenance worker, but alas they weren't able to fix the issue during our two-day stay.

Excellent stay as always!

A super 4 night stay in beautiful Central Square of Keene, NH. Exactly the break this exhausted teacher needed for her April vacation. Walking distance to great restaurants and the Colonial Theater (saw a show, too!) The staff, without exception, is friendly, kind and helpful. I come here about twice a year to “get away” and have always enjoyed the amazing service, comfort to which you are treated at the Keene Fairfield.
