Lovely property. The room & amenities were excellent. Staff was good. My only disappointment was having visited in March the outdoor pool was super cold, nice if it was heated. Also drinks in restaurants took longer than expected, guess waiter had to go to bar on 1st. floor. Overall - v. nice property, I would highly recommend ✅

Best hotel in Greater Noida region

I stayed at Jaypee in January for Indus Food Expo and this was my second visit to Delhi in 3 months and can't be more happy than staying in Jaypee Resort. The staff is super friendly and courteous; hotel has kept in emmaculate condition.

Super hotel for Expo

We stayed here rather than the Crowne Plaza and Raddison whilst attending and exhibition as it was much more cost effective. Hotel is excellent, with a lovely calming environment, good food options, a nice bar and great outdoor space. its also super convenient for the local Expo centre.

The grounds and the location are great. However, the hotel smells like humidity specially the rooms. You can see the humidity in the walls which is very shocking for a supposedly 5 star hotel. The staff woke me up with a call at 10:40pm which is not professional at all. Also, they are not well trained with poor English and lack of communication. They have good food options but the prices are ridiculous specially for India standard. Forget about getting a beer, it is 10 dollars for the local one! If they are going to charge top prices, you expect top service and facilities.

This is an absolutely fabulous hotel!

Jaypee Greens has everything! They have the most complete spa I have ever seen. Being a guest here makes you feel like you have inherited wealth and you are the center of the hotel staff's attention. It is like you are in your own castle. The hotel is exceedingly quiet. The rooms are very spacious. The service is impeccable. The grounds are serene. It is like an oasis in the middle of chaos because of the dense population of India. Greater Noida is a challenging one to two hour drive from Delhi. Close your eyes and just let your skilled driver take care of the bumper-to-bumper travel. But when you arrive at Jaypee Greens you will realize that the ride was worth it. If you value alone time to think, to eat gourmet food, to exercise, to enjoy a wide variety of spa services and to enjoy the finer things of life, then Jaypee Greens is your spot. I am trying to hold on to my peaceful feeling I experienced as their guest. And the price is right when you book with a package. Don't miss this hotel!!
