Stepping inside the Nook, you will be greeted by a spacious open-plan living area, where you can unwind on the inviting seating in front of the 60" Smart TV, warmed by the electric fire.
The kitchen is very well presented & well-equipped with a gas oven and hob, state of the art American fridge/freezer with a water dispenser, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delightful meals.
Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining seating area, perfect for family meals or game nights.
The property boasts two well-appointed bedrooms, each fitted with a Smart TV for your entertainment.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and benefits from an en-suite shower room with power shower, heated towel rail, basin, and WC.
The second bedroom is a twin room, with 2 full size single beds.
There is a main bathroom with a full size bath, overhead power shower, basin, and WC, providing ample space for everyone to prepare for their day.
The caravan is double glazed & has gas central heating throughout powered by a combi boiler for fast acting comfort.
There is also a non-enclosed lawn area, offering additional space for your four-legged friends to stretch their legs.

The Nook is within 5 minutes drive of the award winning Gorleston Beach, and 15 minutes from one of the UK's top tourist attractions- Great Yarmouth, where you can spend a day at the sandy beach, visit SEA LIFE centre, go on a thrilling ride at Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach, and take a leisurely stroll along the Britannia Pier.
The miniature landscape of Merrivale Model Village is another must-see.
