Contemporary Coastal Escape with Rural Views

Grayling House is a contemporary architect-designed home converted from a former media exchange, with lovely rural views. Tucked away down a quiet lane on the edge of Winterton-on-Sea, the house has been thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind.

Downstairs there’s a large open plan living area with a modern kitchen, breakfast bar and dining space. The kitchen has an integrated fridge and freezer within the island, an electric hob and integrated oven and microwave. There’s also a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the kitchen. A separate snug offers two comfortable sofas and an armchair, a 55" smart TV, and there is also a downstairs WC.

Upstairs you’ll find three stylish bedrooms, each with a comfortable king size bed and an ensuite shower room. The main bedroom has patio doors opening onto a terrace with views over the surrounding countryside. There is limited hanging space in each bedroom, but there are drawers under every bed for storage.

Outside, the enclosed garden is gravel and laid to bark, landscaped with trees. There is parking for 2–3 cars and an EV charger available for an additional fee of £30 per stay – please contact us to arrange this after booking. Two dogs are welcome at no additional charge at Grayling House. Please note for security reasons, CCTV covers the driveway to the property.
