Curly Tail Cottage - Guana Cay, in the Settlement

Newly constructed, Curly Tail Cottage is a well appointed 2/2 with laundry located steps away from the beach and Grabbers and a short walk to everything you need, including the dock, grocery store and world famous Nippers.

Our caretakers will meet you upon arrival and are always a phone call away to make sure you have everything you need.

Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are provided as well as a whole house generator in case of power outage.
Upon check-in, guests will be required to sign acknowledgement of the following house rules and provide a credit card to cover any damages:
- The property is clean upon your arrival. If left in an unacceptable condition, additional cleaning charges may apply.
- This is a non-smoking property. A minimum $500.00 cleaning fee will apply.
- Occupancy levels will be strictly enforced. Additional guests will be charged $150 per night per person.
- Management reserves the right to charge the guest credit card for damages.
- Parking is provided for two golf carts per property only
- No parties and no pets
- Management/owner assumes no liability for guest injury

Everything you need and more!

The space was clean, comfortable beds, and Maria was always available to ask questions. Grabbers is a stone throw away.... youre in the middle of Hopetown! Great place for couples or a small family.

Cozy, new and clean

Curly Tail Cottage is located in the heart of the Guana Cay settlement close to Grabbers. It is a newer cottage and very comfortable and nicely decorated. The cottage is perfect for two couples or a small family. Two thumbs up from us. Thank you to Troy and Maria, as well as Jon and Jen !!
