We usued to stay at this hotel many times when our kids were young. We have also stayed when passing through. It was a Best Western then. Since it is not a "chain" anymore, the property need a major facelift. Our room smelled like stale smoke which i assume it has not been updated in many years, if ever. The bathtub had black mold around the edges and in the tiles. The pool (there used to be 2) is tiny and not really larged enough for 2 adults as it is only 3 feel around the edge. It was also filthy! The hottub stunk like it had not been cleaned in forever and in both the water was so murky that you couldn't see your feet. We immediately got out and showered! The breakfast was a nice touch as I don't think it was there the last time we stayed. The price was right as it seemed to be a really expensive area anymore to stay but would think twice next time.

This property is nice. The hot tub and pool area was enjoyable except thr button for the hot tub is outside the pool area and only does 5 minutes at a time. Grest customer service for the breakfast area. Hotel could use some updating. The bar, casino, restaurant is conveneint and the food is great. When i tried to call ahead for an early check in i could never gets through. I would recommended this property.

I was shocked to discover that my room (and others) have windows that just look into the hallways rather than outside. Other than that our stay was fantastic. The staff was overly friendly, the restaurant had amazing food and prices! The complimentary buffet has an amazing selection and is delicious! Rooms were clean and well kept.

Due to staff shortages we were not able to check-in until 430 PM when it states that check-in is at 3. Our room did not have it's own AC and was very warm. Staff was very quick acting on this when we reported this issue and got us a fan to make the room somewhat comfortable.

We loved the poolside corner room, the staff was great, always ready to help with our needs or requests. One of the outlets by the desk was not working and a maintenance man was there within minutes to resolve the issue. The only complaint was the our electronic key cards didn't stay programmed to our room. Our room was clean, with fresh linens and bedding when we arrived. We stayed two nights and did not require fresh towels or our sheets changed, but it would have been nice to have the trash cans emptied. I would recommend this property to others especially for the price that we paid for our two nights there!

Stayed here two separate times during our trip in MT. Rooms were fine as far as cleanliness. Had an issue with the first rooms bathtub draining as we showered. AC worked great. Breakfast was good. The key cards may work, and may not. Has nothing to do w keeping the magnetic strip by your phone, they just are hit and miss on any door in the place. So that's frustrating. Front desk was ok. I can't remember the guys name, but one of the females was Theresa. Both were informative and helpful (no complaints there). However came across one employee at the front who was very rude, Jasmine (someone on the phone thought maybe it was Jocelyn… either way it was supposedly a lady who was in training). She was fine until there was an issue, then horrible. If it wasn’t for the fact that I was in town for my mom’s funeral and couldn’t handle the stress of moving hotels, we would have left just based on the behavior from her. Other than the single employee and key cards, it wasn't bad.
