Both nights they didn’t have rooms available until after 7pm, one night I was told it could be as late as 9pm because they have no housekeepers. When I asked for a refund they couldn’t process it. When I finally got a room it was gross, stained chair, stained carpet, cold shower. Only good thing about this hotel was the front desk staff. They were getting yelled at by everyone and still tried their hardest. Theresa especially went above and beyond to try and make the situation better.

I will always love this hotel. I have been coming here since I was literally a toddler. It was a family pastime and I’m so happy whenever I get to stay here , the nostalgia is incredible.

Toilet was stained with yellow streaks, soap bar from previous guests still in bath tub, no body wash or conditioner (just 2 shampoos & a lotion), coffee maker was dirty inside so couldn’t use it, trash still in can from previous guests, a few little black dead bugs on bed (not bed bugs but still concerning).

My room is miles away from check in and the restaurant/bar. The room signs are confusing and there are no signs for the door to ask for no disturbance. Common in other hotels. I have no time or energy to search for an ice machine even though I am hot and need cool water to drink. You would think you could put a bottle of water in each room!

The lobby is nice, but it took an hour and a half to check in to our room. There was only one person available to check in (with 230 room hotel) and there was a soccer tournament with a lot of people coming into town for the weekend. The staff person apologized and was nice so I hope she is getting paid well for her stress. The room was standard and the beds were clean. There was a old crusty washcloth and dirt from the previous occupants in the bathtub. The hotel was so busy so there was about 1 foot of room for each person in pool so consider this if you think it may be a busy weekend or holiday. We wanted to be close to the pool but people should know that it is very noisy until 10 pm when the quiet hour begins. There were drunk people yelling and partying from about 3 am-4 am in the pool area. The key cards would not open any of the 4 doors close to our room so I would have to walk to the opposite side of the building to go through the lobby and the staff said that was often a problem. The fitness room had a machine that needed a minor repair. When I reported it to the front desk, they said there was only one facility person on hand for the weekend so it would not be repaired over the weekend. Either the staff isn't well supported or it is hard to keep employees but again, I hope the managers/owners treat the nice employees there very well for all they have to manage in a large facility like this. The breakfast was good. Others in reviews had a better stay than us

This is an older hotel, but it does not have the usual tell take signs. Rooms, bathrooms, hallways were all in great condition. No worn out carpets, no dents, blemishes in hallways etc. Check in was great. Front office staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast room has plenty of tables and seats, but the area for the buffet us a little cramped when there is a line up. The staff were very friendly and happy. The king size room was very spacious. Electrical plug ins are old and so no USB options available. Would definitely stay here again and no hesitation recommending this property. Had problems trying to rate check-in, cleanliness, staff and service, property condition and facilities, area around the property. Would give them all 5 stars.

It was ok for the price

It was loud. There was a few parties in different rooms and there was some sort of domestic situation across the hall. There is no AC control per each room and I am not even sure there was AC in our room. The pillows were this half sized pillow thing that felt like they were stuffed with cotton. All of our room keys quite working after one or two uses and we just ended up figuring a way around using them.
