House is falling off the foundation
The booking took place through communication with the property manager. We offered 750 for the 3 nights we were in town and she said that would work and sent a reservation link with that amount. I clicked on the link and made the booking. We arrived at the home to find the garage not accessible because the driveway has settled several inches. After entering the home you can feel it sloping south east because the founation is sinking. There are many stress fractures throughout the house. The tile in the kitchen is cracked and a lot of the grout is broken and popping up. My daughter cut her foot on a piece of gout that had come up. The diswasher didnt work at all the back door doesnt have a lock on it, they try to lock it with a piece of lumber that isn't the correct size to keep it shut. A lot of issues with this home and a lot of deferred maintenance. It is for sale so not sure what that means for future bookings. Although with the condition it's in it wont sell anytime soon. After checking out the property manager sent a message saying a picture was missing and they found pet urine in the house. We certainly didnt take a picture and didn’t have any pets on the property. We don't even own pets. She claimed we made a reservation for 2 and had six people in the home. She wanted to charge us for the extra people. There was never discussion about the number of people in our party. The house is advertised for 14. Unfortunate that VRBO allows this type of home.
