Nice stay!
Our room keys stopped working but they fixed them easy enough. The cleaning staff was helpful and respectful when the keys weren't working. The pool is warm and hot tub much warmer. The beds are narrow since they are doubles but were long enough for a 6"3 adult. It is an older hotel but overall things seemed clean and well maintained. Breakfast was fairly simple but still plenty of options.

Best Pool Ever!
We love this hotel, the staff is nice and helpful, the pool is amazing, warm and clean! Rooms are also clean and beds are comfortable. Always our choice when in West Branch.

The staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. This is an older hotel so the furnishings are worn and decor is dated. The beds were not so great comfort wise but it was clean. Bathroom was small with limited vanity space around the sink. My kids had a great time at the indoor pool.
