Points :Rapport qualitĂ© prix.Cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e: frigo amĂ©ricain, four, four Ă  micro ondes, lave vaisselle. (Petit bĂ©mol pour les plaques vitro cĂ©ramique qui demandent de la patience pour faire bouillir un gros volume d'eau) et Ă©galement un barbecue extĂ©rieur Ă  charbon qualitatif.Piscine, grande, agrĂ©able, avec abri pour la tempĂ©rature et la sĂ©curitĂ©, sans vis Ă  vis.Le grand portail qui permet de rentrer facilement sa voiture (mĂȘme avec une remorque). Grand abri extĂ©rieur pour stocker vĂ©los, remorque et matĂ©riel de plage.Tuyau d'arrosage extĂ©rieur pour retirer le sable avant de rentrer dans la maison. Machine Ă  laver, grand Ă©tendoir intĂ©rieur fils Ă  linge extĂ©rieur pinces Ă  linge.Petite supĂ©rette, resto sympa et boulangerie Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate. Environnement calme et tranquille. Chemin devant la maison peu frĂ©quentĂ©. Beaucoup d'Ă©quipements et de consommables.Les points -(qui sont mon ressenti et n'engagent que moi)Terrasse qui n'est plus ombragĂ©e dĂšs 16h.Localisation un peu loin des plages et des villes pour tout faire Ă  vĂ©lo. (15/20 minutes pour la plage 50 minutes pour Soulac ou Montalivet)La gestion des dĂ©chetsManque un aspirateurEau de la piscine trop chlorĂ©e.Communication avec le vendeur un peu light Ă  mon goĂ»t.Dans l'ensemble nous avons passĂ©s deux trĂšs bonnes semaines dans cette maison.

Sehr schönes Haus mit privatem Pool

Das Haus ist gerĂ€umig, sehr sauber, hat eine große Terrasse und einen beheizten Pool. Zum sehr schönen Strand „Le Gurp“ fĂ€hrt man mit dem Auto in unter zehn Minuten. Dort herrscht eine entspannte AtmosphĂ€re und es stehen immer ausreichend ParkplĂ€tze zur VerfĂŒgung.

Tolle Unterkunft / erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus ist klasse. Super sauber, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Betten sind sehr schmal (fĂŒr zwei große Erwachsene), ansonsten aber gemĂŒtlich und mit angenehmer BettwĂ€sche ausgestattet. Breitere Betten wĂŒrden auch nicht in die Schlafzimmer passen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Schlafcouch, dorthin kann man ausweichen. Aber der KĂŒhlschrank, in der offenen KĂŒche, ist sehr laut. Der Außenbereich mit dem großen Pool ist das Highlight. Komplett eingezĂ€unt, ist PrivatsphĂ€re garantiert. Das Auto steht hinter einem abschliessbaren Tor. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Ein BĂ€cker (sehr lecker) ist fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar. Auch ein kleiner Sparmarkt ist in der NĂ€he. Zu den grĂ¶ĂŸeren SupermĂ€rkten fĂ€hrt man mit dem Auto. Einige AusflĂŒge sind nur machbar, wenn man die FĂ€hre benutzt. Mit dem Auto sind es dann 50 Euro pro Fahrt (2 Erw. u. 2 Kids unter 12). Nach Bordeux wĂŒrde man knapp 2 Stunden fahren. Zum nĂ€chsten Strand fĂ€hrt man aber max. 10 Minuten. Einen Stern haben wir abgezogen, weil die Holzumrandung des Pools verschlissen ist, was uns einige Holzsplitter in HĂ€nden und FĂŒĂŸen beschert hat. Aber dies wurde bereits mit den Vermietern geklĂ€rt und wird im September behoben. Der Check-In funktioniert problemlos ĂŒber eine SchlĂŒsselbox und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuverlĂ€ssig. Sie antworten schnell und kommen vorbei, wenn man Fragen hat. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Wohn-/Essbereich. Insgesamt: Schönes Haus fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Erholung pur von der ersten Minute an

Wir trafen ein voll eingerichtetes supersauberes Haus an. Alles recht neu und modern eingerichtet, RiesenkĂŒhlschrank und eine sehr gerĂ€umige offene Dusche. Die ĂŒberdachte Außenterrasse und der Pool waren toll - die EinzĂ€unung so hoch, dass man sich nicht eingesperrt fĂŒhlte, aber von den Nachbarn doch getrennt war. Der sehr nette Vermieter kam nach Terminabsprache kurz vorbei und gab noch Hinweise - die Unterkunftsanleitung wĂ€re aber voll hinreichend gewesen. Er ist mit Recht stolz auf sein kleines und feines UrlaubshĂ€uschen!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist schön ruhig und bei unseren AbendspaziergĂ€ngen mit unserem Hund konnten wir jeden Abend Rehe beobachten. Wunderschöne lange StrĂ€nde sind schnell erreichbar. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der beheizte Pool, den wir trotz wechselhaftem Wetter gut nutzen konnten. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Ruhe pur

Super neu und angenehm!!!

Das Feriwngaus war sehr neu und sehr sauber. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem! Das Bad ist super ausgestattet, alles modern sauber und angenehm! In der KĂŒche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht! Der Pool ist herrlich warm und sehr angenehm! Die Umgebung ist ruhig! Strand in LeGurp ist schnell zu erreichen. Auch Montalivet und Soulac sind nah. Tolle StrĂ€nde mit super Wellen und viele Restaurants, GeschĂ€fte und MĂ€rkte. Der Checkin war unkompliziert und der Vermieter sehr nett und zurĂŒckhaltend. TrĂšs trĂšs belle maison!

TrĂšs belles prestations pour cette maison dans un charmant village trĂšs calme mais proche des plages et villes plus actives. Maison quasi neuve et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Elle correspond totalement Ă  la description. Le vrai plus pour les sĂ©jours "hors saison" comme nous (mi juin) ou les tempĂ©ratures peuvent ĂȘtre parfois un peu juste : l'abri piscine qui permet de se baigner malgrĂ© le petit frais. Je recommande et nous reviendrons ! Merci pour tout.

Schöne Unterkunft im Médoc

Wir hatten fĂŒr eine knappe Woche diese wunderschöne Unterkunft gemietet und waren sowohl von dem netten Vermieter, wie auch dem tollen und gepflegten Haus sehr angetan. Super Urlaub

Der Check-in war super entspannt, das Haus tip top sauber und ausgestattet, der Pool das beste ĂŒberhaupt, da hier aufgrund des hohen blickdichten Zauns maximal mögliche PrivatsphĂ€re gegeben war. Waschmaschine ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Der Herd könnte ein wenig mehr Power haben (Nudelwasser heiß machen oder Fleisch anbraten dauert schon ein wenig....). Praktisch, dass 2 Toiletten vorhanden sind. Kingsize Betten (Queensize vor Ort) wĂ€ren toll, aber aufgrund der kleinen Schlafzimmer wohl nicht möglich. Tolle Gegend dort und freundliche Menschen wo wir hinkamen. Ein Ort fĂŒr Ruhe und Entspannung.

Tiptop Ferienhaus

War alles bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Check in und Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber war unkompliziert und zuverlĂ€ssig. Der Pool hat sich mehr als gelohnt. Die Waschmaschine war ein großer Pluspunkt, da wir mit wenig GepĂ€ck anreisen mussten. Mega war die große KĂŒhl-/Gefrierkombination, das erspart hĂ€ufige EinkĂ€ufe. Zum BĂ€cker (einfach mega lecker) sind es 10 min Fußweg. Es gibt im Ort einen kleinen Spar fĂŒr das nötigste. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Carrefour (20 min) und der E.Leclerc (25 min) in Lesparre-MĂ©doc. Da bekommt man wirklich alles. Leckeres! Obst und GemĂŒse sind in der Markthalle und auf dem Markt (nebeneinander) in Vendays-Montalivet zu bekommen. Hier findet man auch nette Handwerkskunst. Die Straße Richtung Strand sind ebenfalls nette GeschĂ€fte zu finden. Dass wir einen Hund dabei hatten waren wir aufs Auto zum tĂ€glichen Strandausflug angewiesen. Dauerte aber nur 10 min bis dorthin. Wir haben zwischen Vendays-Montalivet und dem Naturistencamp einen sehr langen wunderschönen Strandabchnitt gefunden, an dem Hunde erlaubt sind. Parken war auch kein Problem. Ein kleines Manko gibt’s bei der Internetverbindung in der Unterkunft. Das hat nicht immer reibungslos funktioniert und hatte auch mal AusfĂ€lle. Das liegt aber nicht am WLAN des Vermieters sondern an der Netzabdeckung vor Ort. Ach ja und nicht zu vergessen das Festchen welches jeden Freitag Abend auf dem großen Platz nahe der Unterkunft stattfindet - zumindest in der Ferienzeit. FĂŒr das leibliche Wohl sorgten diverse Foodtrucks und StĂ€nde vom Burger ĂŒber Pizza bis zum Dessert und einen GetrĂ€nkeausschank. Musik gab’s on top!
