Private dock with a large swim and sun deck, complete with 1 covered boat slip ( 10' x 25) and 1 PWC lift available for renters. Dock has newly installed cruiser cushions around the whole exterior perimeter for extra docking. Located where you won’t fight rough water created by big boats. Enjoy a safe, children friendly destination with a large flat grassy yard, calm water, with easy access to the lake. Floating Water Mat provided at no additional cost! All the right amenities for a stress free vacation. Other accommodations apply, please call for details.

This Beautiful Lakefront Home Features: Main Level: Entering this quality built home you’ll be impressed with the 25-foot ceilings, lots of glass and a magnificent water view. Wall to wall tile floors with this open floor plan makes the home perfect for entertaining. The fully furnished gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, hardwood maple cabinetry comes complete with appliances, pots/pans, eating utensils, linens, and a serving and dining bar with seating for 2. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a full size table that seats 6, a high top table with seating for 4, and just outside on the patio is additional table with seating for 6. Use the queen size Murphy bed for sleeping additional guests. Also located on this level is a smart TV, a large utility room with full size washer and dryer, full bathroom with shower, and attached two-car garage.

Two sets of sliding glass doors will allow access to the large outside patio. Take an easy stair-less walk to the dock and enjoy the level grass yard perfect for playing games with easy access to the lake.

Upper Level: Spacious Master Suite has king- bed, private full bathroom with shower, large walk-in closet, smartTV, sliding glass door that opens on to a deck, perfect for coffee an an early morning sunrise over the lake. Bedroom #2 and #3 are private bedrooms with king-size beds, shared bath, large double windows with great views, ceiling fans, furniture and closets. Bedroom 2 has a smartTV. Bedroom #4 large private room located above double garage complete with two queen-size beds and room for extra air mattresses (provided), large double windows, closet, ceiling fan, smartTV, VCR, DVD, and CD player. All beds and bathrooms are complete with linens and bath towels.

Outdoor Features: Outside Patio: Take a break from the sun, perfect for evening entertaining in the shade. Enjoy a large patio complete with bar patio table and six chairs, a propane Weber BBQ grill.

Large Private Dock: Take an easy stair less walk to the private dock with a large swim/deck and swim ladder to help you get in and out of the water. After swimming grab cold drink from refrigerator or cool off using the fresh water shower. Half of the deck is covered for shade, and plenty of seating and tables for entertaining. One covered boat slip 10 ft. x 25 ft. Plus one PWC slip is available for your boats or rental boats or PWC’s. And the dock is great for fishing!

Beautiful property!

The owners were wonderful to work with and very easy to get a hold of with any questions. The house was very clean, very well stocked and made for a very easy family vacation! The dock was wonderful with plenty of seating, fans, and water floats to spend days in the water! The quiet cove is wonderful for families or those looking for a calmer area of a very busy lake! It was a great week for our family ranging in age from 10-70 years old!

Excellent spot for wakeboarding and wake surfing. Great house in a beautiful neighborhood. The only negative was the access to a public boat ramp was far away. Overall very satiated. Thanks again!

Fishing Trip to Lake of the Ozarks

This was an incredible trip thanks in large part to our beautiful home and hosts. The house had everything we needed and more. The daily fishing was made easier thanks to the two slips on the backyard dock. The home and dock were immaculate. Bass fishing was great with our guide, James Dill, who we heartily recommend. The communication with the hosts was always immediate and always helpful. Barbara and Craig did everything in their power to insure a wonderful time. The four of us agreed we would definitely return to this house for our next trip back!!!

Loved the dock if your bringing your own boat it’s often hard to find a house with an available dock. Public boat ramp was a short 10 min boat ride / 20 min drive. In same cove as lake burger which was so convenient. We loved using the fire pit. Their is a view from every window. Loved our stay!!

This place offered the most amazing family time. The lake was peaceful for reading, quiet time, and fishing! Oh the healing and fun time our family of 8 had foe the FIRST time was perfect. The property manager was accessible and easy to ask questions. He was ready to provide something we asked about but didn't need that outreach. Our recent stay was nothing short of exceptional. Here are some highlights of our stay that made it a truly remarkable experience: 1. Location: The property is nestled in a picturesque setting, surrounded by breathtaking views of the lake and countryside. It offered the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience, with easy access to local restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, golfing, and the lake. The flat backyard that leads to the boat dock was great for my older mom and dad and my in-laws that stayed. Without that, they wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the water as much as they did. We couldn't have asked for a better location to unwind and explore the area. 2. Comfort and Amenities: The spacious and tastefully decorated rooms provided a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of adventures. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals and the outside grill worked perfectly. The land phone line was perfect too as cell service is not the best and without the ability to use this phone, reservations and such would’ve been a challenge. The wi-fi worked great as well. 3. Cleanliness and Maintenance: The cleanliness of the property exceeded our expectations. It was evident that the owners took great pride in maintaining the property to the highest standards. Our experience at this property was simply outstanding. Already looking at dates to return next year.

Overall very nice

The roads leading to the house are very nice. Easy access, even with a 34ft boat. Super clean. Dock was very nice. The public dock is not very far away. The property manager is nice, informative, and easy to get ahold of. The bedrooms are nice sized and clean. The property overall is cared for. If I had one request, keyless access to the back slider and more sitting for the fire pit. We had a great week at this property and would gladly book it again.

Amazing VRBO Rental

The first thing you notice when you walk in the door is how clean this home is! I’ve never seen one cleaner. The flat yard and walk to the dock is rare and certainly wonderful for older people. Kitchen is very well equipped and the neighborhood is lovely. I will continue to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well maintained and the neighborhood was great. Friendly people all around. The boat slips we easily assessable from the house with just a minor down grade to the slips. The owner was easy accommodating and easy to reach. If we go back to the Lake we will schedule it here.

All you need for a relaxing stay

This house was perfect for our family of 12. We had a mixed group with adults and kids. We found sleeping arrangements to be super easy and felxible. The kids loved the bonus room with the bunks! The common area is very open and great for gathering. We found the kitchen and that space perfect for cooking together. We bbq'd most evenings and made use of the fire pit. The yard is amazing. The grass is thick and lush. The kids (and adults) loved playing out there. It is quiet and large. We were flying kites, throwinf frisbees, playing badminton that we brought and had plenty of room. The private dock was big and included seating. Everyong enjoyed coming down to gaze at the lake and relax. We rented a pontoon while there and were able to dock at the house without issue. Lastly, the owner is quick to respond when needed and was committed to us having a great stay. Our family already wants to come back every year.
