Located in the countryside but close to the villages of Graveson and Rognonas, or St Remy de Provence and Avignon. The ground floor house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautiful veranda. Air-conditioned comfort. It will be so nice in summer than in winter. Haven of peace where it is good to live. Garden 3000 m2 and swimming pool 12x5 fenced. Chairs, garden furniture and hammock. Without any close neighbors, nor any opposite. Portico, it may be that you see the horse owners in a field adjoining the property. Peaceful and cicadas always by appointment.

Beautiful house and spotless

This is a very well appointed property, it was spotlessly clean and catered for all our needs. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom had a large TV. The furniture was of a very high standard and the garden furniture was of similar quality. The pool was large, clean and warm. The owner Agatha is a particularly nice lady. We all enjoyed our stay here and we would highly recommend it. The garden was large, private and not overlooked. The location of this property is approximately 12 minutes from Avignon and is perfectly situated for visiting the likes of St Remy de Provence, Les Baux du Provence, L'Isle la Sorgue and similar beautiful areas. Thank you Aghata for allowing us enjoy your beautiful property.
