They do not tell you about parking fees and to charge $20 per person for continental breakfast is outrageous. The room is nice but the extra fees and over priced breakfast is not worth the cost of the stay.

Everything was clean and easily accessible to get in and out of the property

Property was nice. They had a nice free breakfast. The staff was not always aware of the hotel policy and therefore cannot help the guests. I was charged a deposit twice. The room was a studio with an extra wall. I cut our stay short because there were 3 beds but barely any room to move. The rooms are over priced considering there is very limited space.

The hotel itself is nice. Its located in a good area, where its in walking distance of lots of shopping and restaurants. Staff is their weakness. We showed up at check-in time only to be told our room wasn't ready. Was told they would call when it was. Waited an hour and a half and after no call went back to check-in to be told room was ready then. But staff was very unapologetic about it. We found the staff unattentive and hard to try and get assistance from. But the hotel is clean and beautiful. Pool area is a great area, even just to sit outside. Rooms are decorated a little funky compared to lobby and common area, but still nice. I would stay again.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again.
