"Granite Getaway Cottage” has bright and airy rooms with an outside covered deck for enjoying your morning coffee! The deck has a gas grill for cooking out. There is a comfortable living room with a smart screen TV, DVD player, recliner, and an electric fireplace for ambience or those chilly nights. The kitchen has a dining table or you can sit at the counter to eat your meals. Dual coffee maker with several coffees provided. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher. The bathroom has a large walk in shower with detachable shower head. Queen bed has comfortable linens and usb ports in the bedside tables. Two twin beds in other bedroom with comfortable bedding also. All mattresses and box springs are fully encased for sanitation. There is a small crib, baby gate, and umbrella stroller available. There are laundry facilities if needed. Natural cleaning products used to clean and sanitize the home. Keyless digital smart lock with Wi-Fi deadbolt.

We loved our stay at this cute, cozy cottage! It was exactly as described. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Was in town for a dance competition at the Broyhill Civic Center. Instead of staying at a hotel, decided on a vrbo. So glad we picked Peggy's! The house was immaculate, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Adorable home, and clean as can be! Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked very well. So impressed with how extremely clean the house was! The owners provided every amenity one could think of to make our stay very comfortable.I wish we could have been able to enjoy the cottage longer! We will certainly be back and will recommend this rental to anyone needing a place in the area. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.
