I enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful when we couldn’t find our room number on the 3rd floor. The lobby, hallway and room were all clean and comfortable. We were happy about the spare blanket. The bed linens were awesomely clean. The water pressure for showering was great. The big towels, hand towels and face cloths were clean and plentiful. The one thing that could be done to improve anyones’ stay would be real glasses, cups and silverware. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Beds were advertised as Queen size. They are Full sized, we confirmed with a measuring tape. Clerk at front desk was very rude and lied about bed size when we tried requesting another room with the bed size we paid for, and did not mention hot tub being out of service. Floors and elevator were filthy, and I found hairs in the tub and on the clean towels.

Wasnt bad just very dated. The hotel is rundown however you can see theres an effort made to keep it clean and repaired. Only so much you can do with 40yrs of usage lol. Staff was great and casino next door.

We'll be back!

The hotel is newly renovated. The rooms are comfortable. The staff were friendly. We loved the pool and waterslide (hopefully the hot tub gets fixed soon). We were really impressed with the hot breakfast that is included with the room too. The location is very central and there was a nice playground by the hospital next door we could play at (didn't notice sirens from the hospital, just STARS taking off one evening). We LOVED the room darkening blinds!

Clean, comfortable, they were ready with check in when I got there. The water slide was fun! Breakfast was delicious, friendly staff, they refreshed the room, great staff! But the walls are thin and was woken up by people walking above me. Recommend top floor maybe?
