Kind and Polite staff, nice smoking area outside for smokers if your a smoker?, older small 32” TV in King suite. Suite was compac, convenient location but clean, Overall a very nice place in some ways but better value out there. Elevators were filthy though floors were as well on our floor.

And the rain came down. Soiled sheets

have read others who say it needs some upkeep. It absolutly needs that. I chose it for location. Also, the free hot breakfast was particularly enticing and that turned out to be good. 1. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. 2. The restaurant is a bit disjointed as to what type of place it is, but the breakfast was good. The coffee was terrible in the restaurant and in the room. The evening meal, I had the butter chicken which was excellent. The service at breakfast and dinner was great. 3. The elevator sounds like it will seize up any minute. Please have both elevators serviced before people get trapped. 4. The glassware in the room had streaks like someone just wiped them out with a rag (questionable). Better to use disposable. This issue was true in my first room as well as the one I was moved to. 5. A pipe or something broke over my bathroom on the last night I was there. I was moved to a new room which seemed like it had been updated. The mattress was just as saggy and old as the first room I was in. The bed sheets were dirty (see Photo). By this time it was late and I just made some adjustments to get away from the filth. When I was getting ready in the morning the Iron had black sticky something on it (photo) and the chrome around the drain was broken in the bathroom sink (bad installation). Just a summary, but the overall sentiment was that this place needs management to actually pay attention or care. The number of deficiencies I saw shows a systemic issu

The bed was comfortable however the condition of the rooms are showing their age. Carpets should be replaced. There was a garbage can in the middle of the hall way and I suspect that there must have been a leak from the ceiling and it was put there to catch the water.

It was conveniently located to where I needed to be. Free breakfast was ordered through a very limited menu 2 options but delivered hot and in a timely manner. Staff were pleasant. Although my room was clean the furniture appeared to be tired looking. Bed was comfortable. Sheets crisp and white! My only real negative is the area by the only entrance to the hotel was surrounded by heavy smokers and not near the designated smoking area. Ground covered with crushed cigarette butts. It was quiet as well. I'll probably go back because of location.

The room was facing a loud and busy road which made sleeping impossible. The front desk NEVER want's to upgrade the room but I finally got a so called upgrade. A family suit that was loud , hair dryer broken , toilet plugged 3 times and shower leaked all night. This place has gone completely down hill. I've been staying here for 10 yrs and I think this was the last visit. !
