The place needs some TLC and attention to detail with cleaning. Allegedly there is new ownership currently transitioning. An ad is up for staff for various roles but no answers as to more details on the roles. Hopefully whoever takes over has an eye for the maintenance details and upkeep. Night staff member was very helpful and kind.

The reception staff were friendly and kind. The hotel is old and has been smoked in for years; even though there has been a renovation, you can’t remove the smell of smoke and must. If you have breathing conditions, it’s not a good choice. There is no additional locks, no peep holes, just a key. A pedestal sink; no counter tops. Cafe was closed in the morning. No elevator.

Downside bathroom ceiling paint peeling which didn’t affect my stay. No desk or mirror in main part of room. Bathroom is tiny, sink and small mirror outside bathroom. Not ideal for more than one person to get themselves ready for there day. UPSIDE staff were amazing everything was clean and comfortable
