The living room and bedroom are carpeted, while the fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and entryways feature tile floors for easy care. Guests can enjoy relaxing indoors with Wi-Fi, central heat and air, TVs with DVD players in both the living room and bedroom, and comfortable recliners. A gas fireplace adds cozy ambiance, and the dining table for four offers views of the deck and bay. The unit also includes a stackable washer and dryer for guest use, as well as a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space. Outside, a wooden walkway leads to the front door, while another door opens onto a spacious deck equipped with a gas grill, dining table, anti-gravity chairs, and views of the bay with both sunny and shaded areas for lounging, reading, or sunbathing. Fishing is available right from the bank of Barkley Lake at the edge of the property—a perfect perk for anglers.
