The facility as clean and new and well maintained but we were frustrated. First we were never told that we needed to request maid service so the first problem was that our room wasn’t getting cleaned. We asked 3 times before it got cleaned. The first time we asked they gave us new towels (but didn’t send anyone to clean or empty trash) the second time they told us we had to request service so we did. The next day nothing had been done again. (We were told the housekeeper for our area didn’t come in) The third time we asked they finally got it cleaned. It was a whole week and we finally got it cleaned the last night.
