We walked in to check in and nobody was at the counter. We waited about 15 minutes ringing the bell multiple times until someone finally came. Rather than acknowledge the delay and being apologetic about it, the counter clerk denied it and dismissed it.

No receptionist at the check-in (9:00pm), Had to wait 15mins+ for the receptionist to show up and complete the check-in. Room was very dusty. Bed seemed to be small for a king-size. Hotel was next to a high-way and we could hear vehicles zooming throughout the night. Nothing spectacular about the hotel.

Rooms are a little run down, especially the bathrooms. Hallways constantly cold like a window/door is open to the outside. Peloton bike unusable, no WiFi connection. Rowing machine inoperable, broken foot strap. Staff mia at times at the front desk with unhappy guests needing help. I would look elsewhere next time.

The parking lot was very icy- the area had been hit with snow & cold weather earlier in the week, but it did not seem like the hotel plowed their parking lot. It was icy & rutted, and no salt or sand to help combat the ice. The staff on Saturday morning were very unfriendly - as I was checking out, the clerk was speaking & I could not understand what she needed from me, and the. I realized she was texting and then chatting on her phone using g ear buds as I was standing there . When she finally acknowledged me, she said “you’re all fine here - Expedia will send you your receipt” and then went back to her phone conversation. The hotel had a lot of kids running up & down the 4th floor. There was a group with several rooms and some if the kids were getting locked out & would be banging on the doors demanding to be let in (all between 9-10 pm.) lots of kids running in from the pool in their suits banging on doors. In the morning, between 9-10am it was much worse. Screeching & running up & down the hallway. Housekeeping was on the floor and did not address the noise.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels and this was a very odd set up for front desk. Small half wall in middle of lobby and no employees in sight. Upon arrival I stood at desk for a few min and no employees were around. I noticed a ring bell for service button so I pressed it. Another 5+min go by before a girl walks out to check me in. Also later that night when my daughter went to meet her friend downstairs in the lobby there was an incident with a women staying at the hotel that was yelling she had a weapon and acting crazy. Police came and escorted off the property. So just not the greatest first impression overall staying there.

Do not expect a good bar. It is limited selection, it appears the "bartender" using that term loosely is also front desk person maybe manager that has to come and serve you. Long wait times had to go find someone and ask if bar was open as advertised. For liquor there is a very limited 1 type of each alchohol and 5 different beers. If you are looking for stay that has bar for a drink after work i would highly suggest a different hotel. The breakfast selection was normal for Hyatt the warming station must have been off as the eggs were cold. Room was nice and was clean.

The property was very clean, however secure internet was not available, and the desk clerk did not have a reasonable explanation why this was. A large portion of my 2 night stay was dependent on being able to work, which I was not able to do.
