We had trouble getting in to our room as the batteries in the lock were bad, then the same with our remote for the tv. Kids in the hot tub were loud and kept it busy for a good bit of our stay. The staff was was very polite, alwas greeting you at evert chance. The breakfast wasn't all that great but still filling and clean.
