Miss advertising........free shuttle service. Group of 15, stayed here because of that. Now this whole gang is out $150, $150, $70 having to pay uber. We feel like this should be reimbursed Room was clean and big. Breakfast was good. Lazy employees behind desk, left garbage over flowing in the evening, in thelobby. Floor in lobby was filthy. Housekeepers in morning were very pleasant. Newer shuttle van sitting in parking garage. Was told it doesnt start when its cold out. In a text to me, was told they dont offer a shuttle. We deserve money back on miss advertising.

Very nice, difficult in getting the room temp above 70. Adjusted thermostat to a higher temp but it did not make any difference. Seemed to be a slight cold air coming through the mini split due to high winds that day.
