The room was clean and the staff was very nice. However, when we arrived, the room was only 61 degrees inside (it was about 12 degrees outside), so we turned the heat to 70 to warm up. Unfortunately, the heat never got above 62 degrees and we were COLD. It was okay under the covers of the bed, but our faces were still chilly. The front desk staff said several other rooms had the same problem. The bed was comfortable, but you certainly didn't want to be undressed for long.

There was no parking , the parking garage charged $38 for overnight . There is no bar or refrigerator in the room. The accommodation itself was spotless.

After some difficulty getting our room keys to work (4x) we were moved to a new room. This room was very nice, great view, comfortable bed and linens. The location is great. The staff surprised us with some wine later that evening. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great, friendly staff. Hotel is clean. Only on street parking which was hard in the snow. Paid $48 for overnight stay in the attached parking ramp, which was way too expensive. Will probably stay elsewhere just do to parking

The girl that checked me in seemed under the influence of drugs or alcohol, slurred words and did not speak up. If she was new then she should have properly been trained. The room my son and I checked into had not been cleaned and her parking instructions were vague. After coming down from the dirty room a different girl who was blonde was very helpful and gave a new room. Unfortunately I could not block the lights from the parking garage and hardly slept that night so we checked out at 5am. Looked like roller shades very high out of reach and didn’t see a switch for them. Also ended up with a parking ticket out front of the place after 3 employees said I could park there overnight after paying the meter. I will not choose this hotel again.
