The only thing I didn't like was Expedia booking. They charged me two nights when I only am staying one night. I changed my date and they haven't removed the 2nd charge. Does Expedia act like the airlines now? I changed my date thru Expedia. Maybe I should've cancelled and started over and I wouldn't have two nights charged.

Nice view. Nice staff. It was clean. The couch and the chair were terribly uncomfortable. The futon might’ve been OK for sleeping. I don’t know. But for sitting, it was terrible. Otherwise the living space was nice.

Just wanted to leave a few notes: You recommended Charlie's. It's absolutely beautiful. The servers were super attentive and fabulous!! The food was good. But -- management needs to step it up. Need double the amount of workers. We spent two hours!!! Just for food. And the portion sizes -- $33 for small walleye was disappointing. Such great possibilities but left with a bad taste.

Lutsen Mountains has everything you could ever want in a ski resort, whether it's winter or summer. In the summer they have the alpine slide and the beautiful gondola ride. Only a 20 minute drive from Grand Marais. Condo we rented was spacious, had a fully stocked kitchen, and a very comfortable bed. Only think of note is that it's very easy for two people to spend over 100 dollars at Charlie's but the food was very good.

Our bathroom outlet did not work. Maintenance tried to fix it. Could not. Only mirror in room was in bathroom. Could not blow dry or curling iron hair. Our son had room next to us, used his. What would I have done if he wasn’t there to use his room? Not offered a new room or any type of compensation. Front desk & maintenance did apologize, but that didn’t solve the problem.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and felt so cozy, especially with the fireplace adding the perfect touch after a day of exploring. The view from our room was absolutely amazing—waking up to those mountain scenes was unforgettable. We also loved how convenient the location was; it was just a short, easy walk to both the restaurant and the alpine slide, which made everything so relaxing and fun. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a great location!

Beautiful scenery. Could not find the check in area as it was not clearly labeled. All the chalets were on one side and the office was further up the road on the opposite side of the street. Tried calling to get directions but no one answered and we received voicemail. Found the office. One person inside chatting with another staff member.

My family stayed at Eagle Ridge Resort while in MN for vacation and we had the best experience!! Everyone we encountered from hotel staff to gift shop staff was friendly and inviting. This is a fantastic spot to stay with beautiful views of the Minnesota Northwoods. We hope to be back soon!
