Très beau gîte, lumineux et assez spacieux pour 6 personnes (dont une PMR) ainsi que nos 2 petits chiens. Vue sur le jardin et un grand terrain en herbe. Nous avons passé un agréable week-end de Pâques. Restaurant tout proche à pied. Abbeville à 5 min à pied. Possibilité de balade sur le chemin de halage de la Somme à quelques minutes à pied. La voix ferrée toute proche ne nous a pas du tout dérangé, très peu de circulation le week-end.Pensez à prévenir si vous venez avec une personne PMR pour que le propriétaire vous mette à disposition les équipements spécifiques.

une information erronée

Bonjour, Mon épouse est une personne à mobilité réduite, marchant à l'aide de deux cannes. Elle a commis l'erreur en réservant ce gîte de se fier à l'indication "accessible" accompagnée du logo "handicap". La présence de deux douches avec wc dont une de plain pied l'a convaincue de la conformité du gîte aux normes du label. Or, si la douche du rez-de-chaussée est bien de plain pied, sans accessoires mais accessible, l'annonce ne dit pas que les trois chambres sont à l'étage. Ne pouvant monter l'escalier, mon épouse a été obligée de dormir dans le séjour - cuisine, sur un canapé convertible très bas. Je devais l'aider à se lever du lit chaque fois que nécessaire dans la nuit et la journée. Une personne en fauteuil roulant ne pourrait absolument pas s'y transférer. Nous tenons à signaler ce problème afin d'éviter à d'éventuels locataires handicapés, comme nous mal informés, de découvrir la situation à leur arrivée. La bonne foi de Monsieur Roussel n'est pas en cause. Nous pensons qu'il a cru bien faire, sans savoir que l'obtention du label "accessible aux PMR" impose le respect de normes précises.

Maison propre. A part la hotte de la cuisine qui ne fonctionnait pas, tout était parfait. 2 salles de bains, très pratique quand on est 6. Structures de jeux pour enfants. Je recommande cette location.

Convenient location

The property was very nice and the response from the property manager was excellent. For us the location was very good, check in was easy and the only slight issue for us was one of the pans was unclean from I presume a previous customer, the sofa cover could also do with a clean though we had a sheet covering if due to us having our dog with us. Overall the property was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

question de propreté rien à redire par contre ne correspondait pas vraiment à un logement pour PMR il y a encore des amélioration à faire de se côté la Merci pour tout en tous cas désolé pour les draps j'ai vu votre message tardivement .
