Property is like staying at a college apartment. It is fine but it isn't nice. A deadbolt on the front door would make things much more secure. Just the combo door keypad doesn't make it feel secure. If we had kids sleeping down there I would have been very concerned. No air conditioning wasn't a big deal at all but no screens on the sliding doors is a BIG deal. The doors need to be open to cool the place but then bugs are getting in. We wouldn't stay again without that change. And the bedding and pillows are the cheapest Walmart has to offer. We were looking forward to crappy hotel offerings by the end of two nights. The place was clean, it was easy to get to and was located where we needed it to be. The area is nice and it was very quiet. This is a bare bones rental that we wouldn't use again unless fairly minor upgrades were made.
