Retreat to the mountains at this magnificent, newly built residence featuring breathtaking views of the mountains and lake, along with a luxurious interior designed 5-bedroom home that accommodates up to 10 guests. This remarkable mountain residence showcases beetle-kill hardwood flooring on the main level, complemented by hand-hewn wooden plank ceilings and custom cabinetry.
In the living area on the primary floor, you can admire the stunning mountain and lake views through the south-facing windows, unwind on the comfortable furnishings, enjoy the gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and have easy access to the expansive deck, which is perfect for outdoor dining during the warmer months.
The open floor plan includes a dining area with seating for up to six, along with additional spots at the breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything necessary for preparing delightful meals during your stay.
A full bathroom with a shower enclosure is conveniently located for all guests and is adjacent to a bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed. Across the hallway, the primary suite boasts a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, an en-suite spa-inspired bathroom, and beautiful views to fall asleep to, along with access to a private deck.
The lower level of the home includes a half bathroom and a secondary living room furnished for comfort, along with a custom wet bar for quick refreshments while watching the flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features a twin bunk bed and a single twin bed, providing a great space for younger guests to have their own area, complete with a flat-screen TV. The fourth bedroom contains a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and access to the lower-level patio. Both the third and fourth bedrooms share access to the hallway bathroom. A fifth bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, serving as a secondary master suite.
Our residence is conveniently located near downtown Grand Lake and the western entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.
Additional amenities include a 2 car garage parking, laundry room, in-floor radiant heating and please be advised that air conditioning is not available.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
