This is an alpine setting you'll return to year after year, where you can spend your days boating and fishing, exploring Rocky Mountain National Park, and skiing the renowned slopes of Winter Park Resort. It's an outdoor paradise for hikers, golfers, and winter sports enthusiasts, with big skies, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and activities in every direction.
The outdoor spaces make the most of the incredible view, including a covered deck on the first floor, an upper balcony that runs the length of the house, and an elevated deck where you can barbecue, dine alfresco, and marvel at your surroundings.
The heart of the home is the light-filled living room, which features a wall of windows framing the mountains, a smart TV, and a two-sided gas fireplace that also warms the dining room.
